SHOOTING HISTORY:  Years shooting: 15   Years shooting sporting: 15
Dr. Paula Benbow started shooting sporting clays to improve my bird hunting.  My husband introduced me to bird hunting in the spring of 1998.  My competitive side vied to match his excellence in shooting.  Naturally when a patient told me that sporting clays was a great game for improving bird hunting skills I soon enlisted an instructor that had been recommended.  My first lesson was in June of 1998.  I shot by first tournament in July of 1998 and shot a few more local shoots that year,  including the WI State shoot.  Travel broadened to shoots throughout Wisconsin in 1999.  2000 brought travel to neighboring states, our Zone shoot and my first National tournament.  The strive to become a competitive shooter soon included travel throughout the United States, Canada, England, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, etc. from 2001 to present.
